❤︎ You CANNOT use my work for NFT / AI.
❤︎ You CANNOT use my work to promote bigotry, offensive content, scams, hate, etc.
❤︎ I have the right to decline any commission requests if I cannot fulfill the requirements or if I am uncomfortable with the request.
❤︎ If you are curious about the status or progress of your commission you can check my Trello or reach out to me! I will always keep my Trello updated.
❤︎ I have the right to upload the commission on any/ all social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, etc.) unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private. There is a fee for privacy commissions, see Payment for more info.
❤︎ You may post your commissioned artwork anywhere as you like as long as you credit me LoveIyPanda on TH.
❤︎ NSFW commissions may only be ordered by a Client 18 years of age or older. If I have any reason to suspect the Client is underage while asking for an NSFW commission, the commission will be automatically rejected/cancelled.
❤︎ I do not work with strict deadlines or rush orders unless discussed before hand. There is a fee for rush orders, see Payment for more info. I still reserve the rights to a decline rush request with reason I'm unable to.
❤︎ Please DO NOT heavily edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever. Minor edits like putting filters /changing the colors as long as the original work is still recognizable are okay.
❤︎ All commission pricing listed are for personal use only. If you would like to get commercial rights please reach out to me in order to purchase it.
❤︎ I work on art Monday-Friday, giving myself breaks on Saturday-Sunday.PAYMENT
❤︎ Payment will be through Paypal and Ko-fi in USD only.
❤︎ 100% payment upfront. It will be stated if otherwise.
❤︎ I will add you to the to-do list once payment is received.
❤︎ Commission will be automatically cancelled if I have not received any payment for 2 days. Please let me know beforehand if you think you will have issues paying on time.
❤︎ NO CHARGEBACKS, this will result in a block and a blacklist.
❤︎ Privacy commissions are available with the additional fee 30% of the commission price.
❤︎ Rush orders are available with the additional fee 60% of the commission price.
Personal Use
❤︎ There is no fee. You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: profile pictures, wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
❤︎ You may print or create physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it's for PERSONAL use only (no commercial/business use & sales)
Commercial Use
❤︎ Commercial use for streaming content will be charged 50% of the commission price.
❤︎ Commercial use for merchandise/ads will be charged 100% of the original commission price.
REFUNDS/CANCEL
❤︎ If the Client cancels the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:
100% refunded - sketch stage
60% refunded - lineart stage
40% refunded - base colours stage
ZERO refunded - shading stage/final touches
The Client will not receive any files of the commission if cancelling during shading/finishing stage. The user will also be denied any futher commissions (without valid/emergency reason).
❤︎ If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.
❤︎ The Client will not be refunded if they are unsatisfied with the commission. I will be communicating with the client throughout the process to make sure it is what you want, please communicate back.
If the Client is unsatisfied with the final commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. adjusting colours,small details or acessories), Any desired major revisions (ex. reposing, colour scheme change, etc.) will be rejected or come at extra charge.
The only free major revisions permitted are details that the Artist may have missed and was specified by the Client in the order form/correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching/lineart stage (ex. missing tattoo that's essential to the character's design or missing design elements).
DEADLINES/REVISIONS
❤︎ Dealines differ depending on commission type, complexity, and workload. They will always be listed along with the commission type.
❤︎ On average, my work completion requires 1 week minimum, and may take up to 3-4 or more weeks depending on each project.
❤︎ Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily.
❤︎ If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.
❤︎ Clients have the right to request refunds after deadlines if Work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.
❤︎ All minor revisions during the sketch phase are free, as well as if I missed an important detail for the character(s). If they are bigger revisions (ex. completely different pose, switch character, etc.) there will be a fee of +$5 per big change.
❤︎ After the sketch is approved, If something was approved by the Client previously and they decide to request a change there will be a fee of +$5 per change.
❤︎ I have the right to decline any changes once at the shading stage/final touches.
COMMUNICATION
❤︎ If you like to commission me but do not wish for it to be processed VIA ToyHouse, you can contact me through Discord @lovely.pandao !
❤︎ If I don't anything from you, I will try to contact you through any other socials you submit in your form!
❤︎ The Client may contact me at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, The Client is encouraged to contact me via discord or toyhouse.
DESIGN/ADOPT TOS
❤︎ You may do minor redesigns, but for heavy redesigns I ask you communicate with me first. 50% of the original design must stay the same. You must keep the original art/design visible in the gallery. You must properly credit me for the original art/design.
❤︎ You may regift, trade, or resell my designs. If you are reselling my design, you CANNOT sell for higher price than bought unless additional value is added (ex. comms, trades, & personal art). Free/gifted art does not count towards additional value.
❤︎ My designs have a cooldown of a MONTH. You cannot trade/sell within the cooldown period. Gifting is OK!
❤︎ Designs may be used for personal and non-commercial use ONLY. Designs may be used for commercial use ONLY if it was purchased. If you didn't originally purchase commercial use and would like to, please contact me and we can work out pricing.
❤︎ You CANNOT use my designs for NFT / AI.
❤︎ You CANNOT use my designs for anything hateful or offensive.
❤︎ You may NOT edit, modify, or in any way change the original art of the design. Unless it is discussed with me beforehand.
❤︎ The owner CANNOT claim the original art/design as your own, if you upload offsite you must properly credit me.
❤︎ Any use of my designs to promote bigotry, offensive content, scams, hate, etc. will result in a blacklist.
❤︎ If you private my designs, you must Authorize or give me a Key! I appreciate being able to see my designs. However, you CANNOT delete my designs. Doing so will result in a blacklist.PAYMENT

❤︎ I will specify if holds are allowed on the adopt. If they are, I allow holds up to 2 weeks. Be sure to mention it in your bid!
❤︎ Payment plans are available for offer/bids over $100 USD. Payment plans can be discussed but at least 50% is expected upfront.
❤︎ Payment is expected within 24 HOURS once I contact you. If you need an extension PLEASE contact me so can figure out a solution. Failure to respond, pay, and confirm the payment will result in the adopt going back on sale or given to the second bidder.
BLACKLIST
Anyone in this list is not allowed to own any designs/adopts by me. Trading a design/adopt of mine to them will result in a blacklist and block as well.

Chibi/Pagedoll
This commission includes a chibi/pagedoll. This comes with a simple background for free. You will get two versions, a non-outline and an outlined version. I can usually complete these within a week or two, guaranteed delivery within a month unless stated otherwise. Props/Weapons may have an additional fee depending on complexity.
